The Club Back Swedish Ferret Friends was founded in the year 2000, by a group of enthousiasts as an option to the already established clubs operating in This idea proved to be such a
success that the club soon became nationwide, and rapidly, more and more
people in other cities started to join, to make their voice heard and to
find new friends for themselves and for their ferrets. Today we have
members all over
Activities Back We arrange many kinds of activities for our members and those who are
interested in ferrets. Ferret meetings on different locations in We participate in different pet fares around We give lectures at different schools about ferrets, about the general
care of ferrets as well as handling of ferrets. Our club magazine called “Illerliv” (A Ferret’s Life) is published
four times a year, containing stories, articles and health information
about ferrets. We also assist in taking care of stray ferrets and help people rehome
their ferrets as well as finding a temporary home for their ferrets
during vacations.
